“Do you find that there are always issues with your deliveries to customers? Are you concerned things are being signed off wrong or that pallets/goods that are claimed to be damaged, actually might not be?”

Here at Lawrence Operations, we understand the issues that you may have when sending your goods to their final destination. Claims of broken pallets, damaged stock, missing boxes, open boxes – we could go on forever! We also understand that it might not be possible or cost effective for you to travel to see the stock for yourself. Here’s how we can help, with both or either of the following options:

  • Inspection of the goods when loading
  • Inspection of the goods on delivery

Within 24 hours of the inspection taking place, we will send you a report with our findings, with photographic evidence to give you peace of mind that your goods are in safe hands, taking away any potential issues that are usually reported once the goods leave your store.
