Meet The Team
Wayne | Founder & Managing Director
Wayne founded the company in 2022 after 20+ years in the logistics industry where he started initially as a Christmas temp in a busy logistics office and with hard work and passion for the industry, soon worked his way up the ladder.
He has previously held roles as Stock Control Manager and Operations Manager of a Cold Store warehouse, so is very well experienced in understanding the ever-changing needs of our customers.
In his spare time, Wayne is an FA Level Two qualified football coach and enjoys eating out at his favourite restaurants.
Katy | Operations Manager
Katy joined the company at the start of 2023 to offer some much-needed support on the Administration side and her dedication and commitment to the business meant that she progressed into the role of Operations Manager, which she started in March 2024.
Katy has implemented several new systems since she joined us, which have helped to achieve an even better level of service to our customer base. Katy also heads up our Accounts department and is the primary contact for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
In her spare time, Katy enjoys long country walks with her family and listening to music (loudly!) and if it’s live music then all the better.
Rob | Office Administrator
Rob joined the company in March 2025 as Office Administrator to enhance the daily operations of the business, ensuring consistent communication with customers and regularly liaising with all logistic partners.
Rob joined the company having a previous logistic background with 7 years’ experience in both warehouse and driving roles.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys spending time with his son and is also a keen runner – taking part in several competitions.
Becky | Office Administrator
Becky joined the business in a part time role in the summer of 2023, providing cover to the Admin team as and when needed. Becky has previous experience in sales and has built up a strong rapport with various clients.
In Becky’s spare time, she is an avid traveller, having visited numerous countries over the past few years.
